The hours on a boat go by slowly but at the same time quickly. I feel so busy then realize, I spent hours trying to connect a Facebook page to a new IG account. Ugg. The views from the boat cannot be appreciated by photos as you will see.

The person that guessed the actual crossing over the Arctic Circle was just a couple seconds off. She won a flag and the privilege of being the first to be baptized with Arctic water. People actually let a ladle full of freezing cold water be dumped on their head! No thank you. The day was lazy, doing internet stuff and reading books. Finished the book about The All Blacks team in New Zealand and another book on Excellence. Didn’t read quite every word but got the gist of the books. More fiction.

I did wait for dinner and ate at my proper table. I have been spoiled by Berto. I’ll be back at the private dining tomorrow

We had a late port stop so I walked around a bit, not much happening.
This was where one of the soccer games was played!
Around 11 the loud speaker said the Northern Lights were barely in view, I traipsed outside and saw some misty air, nit impressed! Lol. It was along shot that we would see them but we have two more nights.
During the night, it was a bit noisy at the stops, making it hard to sleep.

I wish I had more to say and show but I don’t. I have a little adventure today and made my plans for the rest of the trip, so I am just enjoying my time away.
crossing the Arctic Circle and having ice water dumped on your head was a good idea not to do it. I think the onion tar “food” would not be to my liking. The carrots sound good. Keep having fun my friend and see you when you return.
